Wilding Pines (Wilding Conifer)
Wilding Conifers in NZ are a significant environmental issue. The spread of wilding conifers threatens productive farmland, New Zealand lifestyles, iconic landscapes and native ecosystems, and our national economy. Control of conifers is a labour intensive, physical job. Control is predominantly carried out by "drill and fill" method and cutting of seedlings. Our team pride themselves as the best on the hill!
Predator Control
Predator Free 2050 is a realistic, achievable goal for NZ. J & S Mears Contracting are experts in the predator control field, with over 20 years experience. We offer full management of predator trapping projects both on the ground and from an administration side as well as trap placement, checking and maintenance.
